Senior Carer & Care Assistants Our clients based in Salford, are looking for committed, professional, hardworking carers for their setting. Our clients are dedicated to ensuring that their service users are cared for with the upmost respect. Our clients generally care for the elderly and specialise in the care for Dementia and Alzheimer sufferers. Senior Carer Every Candidate must have a level 2 for this role with previous experience within a care role being preferred. The salary for this role is starting off at National Minimum Wage and will depend on experience and qualification. Every candidate is contracted at 24 hours per week and must be flexible with hours as overtime is usually available to cover holidays, sickness and maternity leave etc. Job Purpose To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with People in our Care. To ensure People retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home / Unit. To maintain a safe and secure environment for People, Staff Members and Visitors. Care Assistants No qualifications are essential but each candidate must be willing to attend a vocational training programme. The salary for this role starts of at National Minimum Wage and will depend on experience and qualification. Domestic Staff Each candidate is contracted for 20 hours a week. The salary starts at National Minimum Wage. Every candidate must need a professional approach to the role. Experience caring for the elderly is preferred but not essential. Job Purpose To work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the care home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment is kept at all times.
