HR Administrator-Bury St Edmunds-£18,000 Your new company A global manufacturing company based in Bury St Edmunds have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. Your new role Working as part of a small HR team, reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, training co-ordination for the site and maintenance of the HR database. The HR Administrator will also cover all other transactional HR duties including processing starters, leavers, contract changes and inductions. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with ad hoc HR project work as and when required. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced HR Administrator together with the ability to work is a fast paced commercial environment. Strong attention to detail is a must and you will be self motivated with excellent communications skills. You will have good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. CIPD qualification is advantageous however not essential.
