Multi-Channel Marketing Exec Ultimate Outdoors Responsible to : Outdoor Multichannel Lead Department: Multichannel Location: Edinburgh House, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury BL9 8RR Hours: 40 hours per week Role Overview : The purpose of this job is to assist and improve the digital maketing activies across all Outdoor channels. You will also support the Multi Channel Lead in daily trading strategies. It will also involve project management and delivery to ensure creative consistency and best-in-class creative is executed across all Outdoor platforms. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Maintaining the multi-channel marketing calendar for all campaigns and activities. Support the Designer in the creative strategy of the Brand. Keeping a track of previous activity, and take steps/action to improve performance and sell through. Work with the wider team to develop site improvements for Outdoors channels. Improve traffic and conversion across all Outdoors platforms, including mobile and apps. Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase on any Outdoors Channels. Support the UX team / Multi Channel Lead to ensure regular testing takes place on all Outdoors channels Assist with briefing the studio with digital marketing requirements for all Outdoors Channels. Assist with content launches to ensure timed content hits deadline. Check all Outdoors platform marketing spots are being utilised to maximise sales whilst staying consistent with the store activity and brand identity, including social media channels. Review top site searches and action merchandising rules for Outdoors devices to improve results and conversion. Test banners/product listings and links to ensure correct links and assets are used. Complete daily site checks of key devices Review heat maps and provide analysis to be implemented in future changes. Create copy & content for marketing material for all Outdoors campaigns. This would include : Crafting headlines and body copy for creative executions (both online and potentially offline too). Provide Fresh ideas whilst still creatively focused. Working with designers to form a creative team working on concepts. Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed: Knowledge and experience of commercial online marketing within ecommerce retailing is essential. (within the fashion sector is an advantage) Exeperience of developing and executing marketing strategies. Experience of creating copy and content. Experience of using ecommerce applications such as, FredHopper, Google Analytics and Exact Target would be advantageous. Relevant degree within Marketing/ecommerce is desirable.
