For our Clinical Supplies site located in Bathgate (Scotland), we are currently looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator . The Marketing Coordinator will focus on our Clinical Supply division. This role is key to develop Catalent’s branding, ultimately leading to the growth of the company and a high-market knowledge. Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator: · Utilizing the contact database/CRM to perform a variety of segmentation, data analysis, and data integration tasks, both scheduled and ad-hoc · Optimizing the lead tracking and qualification process to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of each marketing campaign · Creating dashboards and monthly marketing report · Maintaining the content / editorial calendar and ensuring that content development milestones are being achieved on schedule via coordination of the review and approval process · Developing, coordinating and executing email and social media campaigns within the CSS division to increase targeted content distribution, brand awareness and lead generation opportunities · Coordinating the development of marketing collateral and sales tools, as well as updates to our website · Coordinating the ongoing optimization of all media/advertising and other marketing campaigns by working closely with the central marketing operations team · Assisting in the planning and execution of company trade shows, speaking engagements, sponsored symposia and client events, including some travel as necessary · Executing ongoing competitive research and analysis of market research key industry trends · Tracking divisional marketing spend for budget management and reporting purposes Qualifications of the Marketing Coordinator · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related scientific field · Exceptional written communication skills · Up to 3 years of work experience or equivalent internships in a marketing role, preferably within the clinical trials industry · Demonstrated understanding of business-to-business marketing concepts specific to lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion analytics · Familiarity with content marketing principles and tactics · Understanding of the sales process / funnel stages and associated communication tactics · Experience with or working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Eloqua and · Basic knowledge of HTML / website management and SEO / Google Analytics best practice This job was originally posted as
