A serviced apartment company are looking for a Guest Services Manager based in Cardiff to join their expanding team. If you have experience of providing high quality guest services and extremely organised than this would be the role for you. They are looking to pay up to £22,000 for the right candidate. The Role The successful applicant will be managing the guest services team managing check-in and departures, running inspections on the properties, sorting out key changes and managing a portfolio. The role is to effectively manage the guest services team alongside the maintenance contracts, overseeing the stock control and also driving the business forward. This is a role for someone who has a passion within the hospitality industry and looking to progress and develop.
