An opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager based in Birchwood on a permanent basis, salary £35k - £40k per annum. This organisation is looking for a dynamic, generalist HR Managers to join them at this exciting time in the organisations history. About The Role The role of the HR Manager in in this fast paced and growing organisation is that of a true generalist HR Manager who is pivotal to the success of the department and the development of the HR team. The duties that you as the HR Manager would hold but not be limited to would include; Ensuring that the HR department supports the organisations staff and managers with timely and accurate advice on Employment Law issues Manage and resolve any ER issues within the senior management team Develop, coach and motivate all members of the HR function Engage with senior stakeholders in regards to HR related and focused projects Manage large scale TUPE transfers Ensure that HR and Recruitment policies are adhered to at all times, providing training and advice to managers when necessary Updating and creating policies and procedures About You As the HR Manager in this fast paced and growing organisation, you will come from a generalist HR background and posses experience of managing a team. CIPD qualification is essential as well as the ability influence and manage stakeholders that work across the UK. You will take a collaborative approach to your work, empowering your HR team to deliver a quality HR service to the organisations employees. Ideally you will have previously worked in a fast paced organisation.
