We currently have an exciting opportunity for French Speaking Technical Assistant in St Albans. Are you fluent in French and English? Do you have strong administration experience? Our client is looking for French Speaking Technical Assistant who will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Technical Department, assisting with all operational requirements relating to the preparation and staging of trade exhibitions and ensuring smooth running of the department. The role: •Deal with telephone enquiries from contractors •Update contractors with exhibitors lists on a regular basis •Day-to-day administration •Support and assist the team throughout the entire exhibition circle •Travel and assist the manager on-site, when needed •Prepare exhibitor manuals •Proof read/translate documents The person: •Fluent French/English language skills (verbal & written communication) •Intermediate MS Excel/Word skills •Highly accurate with a strong passion for administrative work •Confident personality •Ability & willingness to travel •Experience in a similar role working in a highly administrative environment (e.g. hotel administrators, personal assistants, etc.) would be considered an advantage •CAD experience would be an advantage •High affinity to numbers Length of the contract November 2016 - March 2017 Apply now for immediate consideration.
