E-learning Manager London Up to £45,000 plus generous benefits Are you passionate about championing the use of E-learning? This is a great opportunity to help drive the direction and development of a new and innovative e-learning team in an established London Institute. The Company: This forward thinking organisation provide accredited training, CPD courses and professional qualifications to students and professionals around the UK. The Role: As an E-learning Manager, your role would involve: -Managing the full e-learning design and development cycle -Delivering the online learning strategy which would involve transitioning the Institute from face to face to mainly online and blended learning -Commissioning of digital learning products -Managing the quality assurance process of all learning resources -Championing the use of online learning to staff across the Institute -Completion of company processes including budget monitoring, timesheets, setting of objectives to Institute standards -Ensuring effective stakeholder relationships are maintained and relationships across the organisation are strong -Keeping abreast of new learning technologies and actively network in the industry to promote the Institute and their services The Person: -Strong experience working in an education or compulsory education environment -Experience of e-learning development, specifically creating professional qualifications or CPD courses -Experience of managing small to large-scale e-learning projects -Experience with various VLEs (preferably Moodle but not essential) -Experience of commissioning learning materials -Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships -Ability to work well with Subject Matter Experts -Experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Photoshop and HTML5 knowledge. Experience with SCORM compliant content.
