Manager / Senior Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality / Events Recruitment - Permanent Division - Birmingham - £27,500 to £35,000 Car commission and override. Billing Manager / Senior Recruitment Consultant required for UK's Leading Events / Hospitality Recruitment Agency. This is an autonomous opportunity in Birmingham to take on a small permanents team and build the business. These are warm desks with plenty of PSLs, warm leads and vacancies from day one. Working closely with the successful casual / temporaries hospitality / events recruitment teams you and your team will be placing candidates into a variety of permanent roles including Front of House, Back of House / Chefs, Events Managers, Catering Managers and Trainers. The Package Basic salary in the range £27,500 - £35,000. Company Car Company bonus Generous Personal Commission Scheme and team override providing on target earnings of £50,000 in your first year and £70,000 in year 2. Role Description This is a Senior Recruitment Consultant / billing manager role. You'll lead by example, billing and managing and developing a small team. As Team Manager you'll be responsible for contributing to company profitability through your own fees and through the effective management of the Birmingham Permanent Team. You will develop business opportunities out on site, maximising business with existing clients and winning new business (restaurants, hotels, stadia, conference centres, cafeterias, wedding venues, public sector organisations, events businesses and corporate clients). You'll be joining an established business with plenty of PSLs so expect a business mix of 70% existing clients and 30% new business. About you You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant, within a Recruitment Agency, with a good record of billings into Hospitality / Catering / Events Markets. You may have managed recruitment consultants before or perhaps be a senior consultant who is now be ready to take the step up. Your skills set will include some or all of - 'on-boarding' new starters, coaching and training of Recruitment Consultants, impacting performance through 'day plans', desk coaching, one-to-ones etc… A Great opportunity with autonomy to run a business and to share in the future success of the Midland operation and progress you career.
