Jenkins Jacob is recruiting a hands-on Senior Product Manager on behalf of its FinTech client who is a leading provider of prepaid and credit corporate payment solutions for businesses across Europe, operating across a range of business sectors including travel, rewards, and incentives, media and production. Our client ‘s extensive portfolio of payments solutions helps clients maximise profitability and reduce cost by transforming how they manage payments to suppliers, employees, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Analysing potential partner relationships for the product. Team Management Qualifications/Experience: 3 years Acquiring Product Management experience. Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products. Knowledgeable on use of computer technology in the payments industry. Complete knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile methods (SCRUM). Flexibility and the ability to carry out all project and release related activities as required (e.g. story analysis, acceptance testing, implementation support). Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases and infrastructure. Exemplary people and communications skills. Work well under pressure and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary. Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Positive attitude with a team player approach Project management skills to understand project plans and aid in communication to others are beneficial.
