About the role The NMC is embarking on a major transformation programme and this role is critical to the delivery of the programme, which requires an effective and efficient PMO to manage and support the delivery of the projects that will deliver the new operating model and significant culture change. The Corporate PMO and Transformation Manager will lead on the delivery of all programmes and projects within the NMC and specifically in delivering the Transformation Programme under the leadership of the Transformation Director. The role provides management of the PMO function including development of the project teams to support the overall NMC transformation. The role will be responsible for ensuring that any of the initiatives and programmes defined within the transformation programme are appropriately scoped and have a clear delivery strategy, taking into account any phasing, planning, quality, cost, risk or resource constraints. About you You will be a dynamic and experienced manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programmes on-time and to budget whilst managing quality/scope objectives. You will have experience of building and operationalising business processes and working with, Target Operating Models and service management principles - ITIL/ITSM etc. As a people manager you will need to be team player with a strong leadership style, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
