The Account Executive will support account teams in the fulfilment of a wide range of short and long-term marketing communications projects - ensuring client briefs, budgets and timescales are met, and the agency's quality, client service standards and financial targets are maintained. Client Details My client is growing international marketing agency based in Hertfordshire, working with global brands on major campaigns across the UK. Description The Account Executive will be responsible for: - Day to day progression of small scale marketing communication projects from writing briefs, allocating artwork to the studio, to management if print procedures - Support account teams in the administration of their accounts. This includes writing minutes of client meetings, database management, monitoring and managing project resources and budgets, and invoicing. - Constantly maintain the agency's high levels of client service and quality standards - Assisting the planning and organisation of events and exhibitions - Sourcing of new materials and working with print suppliers sourcing images and assets for projects - Provide event management support on a project by project basis. - Be involved in web micro sites and campaigns on a project by project basis - Provide community management on a project by project basis. Profile Desirable skills include: - Knowledge of design and print production techniques - Knowledge of digital media communications - advertising, websites, social - At least 1 year agency experience Job Offer Basic salary is between £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience This job was originally posted as
