I have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Resourcing Specialist to join the team at a business based in North Birmingham . This role is initially being recruited on a 3-6 month basis with potential. The Resourcing Specialist will support the HR team by providing effective recruitment services for all departments across the organisation. Key responsibilities include advertising vacancies, conducting initial screenings, assisting with the shortlisting of applicants, organising interviews, providing feedback to both successful and unsuccessful applicants, and keeping up to date records on the portal. While the successful candidate will need to be a resourcing specialist, having exposure and an understanding of generalist HR duties would be a benefit. Using all available tools (i.e. job boards, social media, internal database, networking), you will need to attract the best of the markets' talent into the business to aid the growth of the organisation. An important aspect of this role is building strong working relationships with directors and senior mangers within the business; therefore having strong communication skills, both written and verbal is vital. This includes attending briefing meetings with managers to understand their recruitment needs and role specifications to source the most suitable candidates.
