The Role We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager for our Coffee and Bakery Brand called Caffe Ritazza at Liverpool Airport,to manage the daily operation and be responsible for delivering operational and financial results, plus high standards of customer service in your store. Assistant Manager is responsible for motivating and developing their team of 10 staff as well as recruiting, training and managing performance. You'll be ensuring excellent product quality and that the stores are staffed appropriately for business needs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements. 'Please note all successful candidates are required to provide a full 5-year reference history and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security regulations' The Details To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of managing a diverse team in a high-volume, fast-paced coffee shop, cafe or similar branded food or coffee retail environment with a customer focused approach. knowledge of managing set 'brand' or company standards and operating procedures. experience of the audit process, ensuring legal compliance (H&S, hygiene, financial, HR) an awareness and previous experience of the financial controls required when running a unit - cost control and P&L reviews. demonstrable experience in coaching and developing your team to deliver against financial and operational targets and progress into leadership roles.
