Service Desk Analyst is required to join a leading prestigious financial organisation based in Wokingham due to continued expansion and demand for their service. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their support team and act as an initial point of contact for IT support. On top of a generous salary of between £20,000 - £25,000 (flexible), they offer a large uncapped bonus (paid twice a year), an 13% with 8% pension contributions from the company, PMI, life assurance and more. This involves answering phone calls and monitoring of the IT call queue. The role will involve c ustomer focused remote support a nd resolution of 1st line IT service tickets ensuring the customer’s requirements are fully understood before a resolution is reached. You will also be responsible for coordination and distribution of IT service tickets to the appropriate functions within the IT department. The successful Service Desk Analyst will have the following essential skills: · Experience of working within a customer facing role for 6 months. · Excellent computer literacy. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Previous experience working on an IT service Desk is desirable · Financial services experience is also desirable Please apply through this website to be considered.
