Cream Personnel are working with a leading manufacturer in laboratory products who are looking to recruit a permanent Quality Manager. The purpose of the job is to enhance the quality of both the products and services that are offered to customers. Main Responsibilities of the Role: Maintaining and optimising the companies quality system ensuring it plays a key role in the overall business strategy. Ensuring the company meets its legal and required compliance requirements. Making sure quality and business systems comply with ISO9001. Making sure there is a robust internal documentation management system in place. Introducing and driving a customer focussed preventative and corrective action system. Knowledge and Experience Required Relevant technical competence by qualification and/or experience Passionate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction Ability to implement and promote best practice quality systems Use and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment For more information please contact Lisa or Hannah on.
