We are seeking a Graduate Electronics Engineer to join our client to be involved in the design, modification, troubleshooting, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the `Additional Heating` Power Supplies. The main responsibilities of the role will include: Contributes and/ or leads in the design, manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning of the Neutral Beam power supplies Fault finding and repair, both on the power circuits and on the control circuits Appointment as a Deputy Plant Responsible Officer, responsible for the operational reliability and availability of a specified section of plant Familiar with the use and implementation of plant interlocks and plant safety Knowledge skills and experience: University Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is essential In many cases standard industrial solutions are not applicable; therefore, the ability to solve problems from first principles and propose novel approaches will be an essential asset This advert was posted by Gold Group - one of the UK's leading niche recruitment consultancies.
