A best in class Enterprise Security and Mobility Software provider, who is enjoying huge market interest and uptake of their solutions, is looking for an Inside Sales / Contract Renewal Specialist to back their already swamped Sales Team. As an Inside Sales / Contract Renewal Specialist to you will be accountable for all aspects of the commercial relationships with company’s elite accounts in the North West part of the UK. You will provide key insight into the performance of security software solutions and help customers achieve maximum value for their investment. Acting as the customers’ trusted advisor you will analyse client’s business needs, educate them on new software enhancements and provide ongoing support for contract renewals. You will actively seek opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and generate referrals within assigned accounts and ensure long term account growth.
