A fantastic Permanent Group HR Manager opportunity has become available for our fast paced Retail client in Cheshire. Reporting into the Head of HR & Training and as a member of the HR management team you will provide professional support and advice to key stake holders across the business. You will manage a small team and support the Head of HR & Training in ensuring that the organisation has in place appropriate HR strategies to ensure that it achieves its targets. This is a generalist role offers the opportunity to really make the role your own and scope for future development. You will support the senior management team to drive the HR agenda and implement initiatives. The overall purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive operational HR support to Senior Managers/Directors in line with company policies and procedures. The ideal person will be collaborative, have strong generalist experience, be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have the ability to work and think logically. Strong ER experience will prove essential along with a passion for success and motivating others to develop and grow. Ideal sector experience would be Retail, Distribution/ Logistics.
