CALLING ALL MS CRM APPLICATION DEVELOPERS CALLING ALL MS CRM APPLICATION DEVELOPERS My Bury St Edmunds based client, a leading provider of business process outsourcing and integrated professional support service solutions, is urgently looking to recruit experienced MS CRM Application Developers into their team. Purpose of Job: The implementation of web-based enterprise applications based predominantly on the Microsoft technology stack within an agile methodology, utilising industry best practices such as TDD, BDD, or pair programming to ensure high quality products are developed within agreed timescales. Qualifications and Knowledge: Development of enterprise web-based applications utilising the appropriate technology, for example Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ASP.Net, C#, SQL SSRS, AngularJS, etc. Actively participate in development ceremonies; planning, estimation, design, retrospectives, and reviews Work effectively within an agile environment Work within the development governance framework including, but not limited to, adherence to Coding Guidelines, UI guides, automated testing, and code reviews Contribute to continuous improvement of the both the products and processes used to drive improved quality or ef?ciency Ensure development skills are kept up to date and maintain awareness of new developments in the software industry Skills and Experience: Strong analysis, design and development skills and experience within an Agile environment Extensive experience of commercial software development environments Strong client relationship and commercialisation skills Data modelling using appropriate tools Experience of producing design artefacts and relating ideas / information to other team members and nontechnical people Experience of writing and implementing test suites Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential Personal Attributes: Passionate about software development technologies, languages, and methodologies Engages with the wider developer community Good client facing skills and customer focused Self-motivated and self-disciplined; able to manage own time, prioritise requirements and multi-task Ability to adapt to different software development methodologies adopted by different teams Clear, concise and articulate presentation A logical but creative thinker with the ability to interpret this into practical solutions This position is based at the company’s offices in Bury St Edmunds but may require occasional attendance at customer sites. It is likely that there will be occasions where it is necessary to work additional hours to meet customer deadlines. You will also be required to participate in an out of hours 3rd line support rota.
