Are you an innovative and inspiring Hospitality Store Manager or Hospitality Assistant Manager within the Hospitality sector who is looking to join a fantastic business in growth with exciting times ahead? So what does the role involve? As the Regional Trainer you will have the opportunity to shape your role and your team. You will take complete ownership of your regions commercial activity to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded. You will inspire and coach your team within your area to support them in their personal and career development. As a people focussed manager you will give direction and guidance to ensure there is a consistent customer and operational focus within the team. The role is Monday to Friday and your region will be West London. What qualities will you need for this role? -You are passionate about people and coaching others supporting their development. -You are an inspirational leader with successful retail management experience within a hospitality or leisure environment. -You are a focussed and results driven leader who thrives on putting your own stamp on your departments and team to better the store and its performance. -You are a creative individual who is always seeking new and innovative ways to attract your target audience. -You will be able to give examples of a time where effective marketing and merchandising created positive sales/opportunities. Benefits This role offers a salary of up to £24,000 bonus expenses package.
