HR Manager/HR Business Partner £60,000 per annum London, City An exciting opportunity has arisen within Central London for an experienced and aspiring HR professional to join a well-established, reputable, global company within the professional services industry. The client is looking for a professional, pro-active and dynamic individual, who could be seeking that next step in their career, and is capable of working alongside and reporting in to the Senior HR team based in the London Head Office. The successful candidate must be willing to come in and make this role their own, essentially being able to hit the ground running, providing day to day support and delivery of an effective and efficient HR Service across the two sites. They would like someone who has generalist HR experience and a background in Change Management. Key Responsibilities: Deputise for both Senior Managers day to day and provide holiday/absence cover when required. Work with the Senior HR Managers to deliver appraisal and annual salary reviews and bonus processes. Manage all employee relations issues. Advise managers on performance management issues and processes. Provide guidance on development for managers and their teams. Ensure all company policies and procedures are in line with current employment law and that line managers are up to date with any changes. Work with support managers and partners advising them on people issues. Deal with complex HR issues and, using company knowledge, make appropriate decisions as necessary. Deliver additional HR projects as required. Key Skills Required: CIPD qualified. Full driving license. Proven experience of working in an advisory capacity within an HR team. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong communicator at all levels. Skilled in providing pragmatic and commercial advice. Strong understanding of employment law. Proven influencing and negotiating skills. Previous experience of working in a professional services firm is desirable, however any corporate, dynamic or global background will be considered.
