We are currently looking for 2 team players who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service within our on-site alliance based in Leicestershire Working 4 days on 4 days off 08-00 - 18-00 Working 4 days on 4 days off 18-00 - 08-00 Person specification: Outstanding customer service skills Team player Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates Strong interviewing skills Driving licence Enthusiastic Must have recruitment consultant experience preferably within an on-site business Must have a strong customer service background & be KPI & target driven You should ideally have the ability and creativity to build solid relationships and possess an ambitious nature and a desire to succeed within a professional environment. Primary Objective To maximise the service by maintaining the quality and quantity of candidates recruited for the On-site for the supply of Industrial temporary workers to our client whilst maintaining H&G Recruitment`s compliance standards. Secondary Objectives Recruitment - maintaining a pool of skilled, motivated and professional temporary workers and ensure compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards Service - to register and place candidates for assessments relevant to their experience in a timely manner. Compliance - to manage and maintain an auditable trail of registrations complying with any relevant laws and operating standards which include client specific legislative criteria. Tasks/duties/responsibilities Recruitment Contact candidates who apply via Recruitive and H&G website for all current job vacancies and complete telephone interview Take telephone enquiries and complete telephone interview CV search where applicable Contact database with new opportunities Complete applicable administration with regards to tracking applications Service Interview,register and manage candidates Obtain and update candidate information and upload onto our CRM system Provide leads via candidate to relevant branch within the network Supply relevant information to payroll department, relevant branch and client on new candidates Place candidates with relevant experience for assessment/induction in a timely manner Complete applicable administration with regards to processing candidates Key performance Indicators Candidate applications Candidate registration and retention Auditable compliance from the initial registration and repeated requirements Assessed candidates Fulfillment of client SLA You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career and in charge of your own earnings and destiny, You will be an approachable, driven recruitment professional looking for their next step in Recruitment.
