Branch Manager - Hunstanton Carewatch are a leading national home care provider. For two decades, we have helped many thousands of people get the best out of life, supporting independent living within the comfort of their own homes and community. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to work within our busy offices based in Hunstanton. The main purpose of the role is to hold responsibility for becoming the Registered Branch Manager of the office and to ensure performance in the areas of hours growth, profitability, people management and retention and Quality. Duties will include: To ensure that all care is assessed, planned, allocated, delivered and evaluated in line with procedures To ensure the branch meets quality control requirements to remain compliant at all times To ensure that all Safeguarding, Protection of the Person and Adult Protection requirements are adhered to at all times To contribute to the auditing of branch procedures in order to promote a quality service To confirm that all care plans are added to the company’s rostering system in such a way as to ensure that weekly schedules of care and support are delivered safely and appropriately To actively participate in the growth and development of the branch through maximising every sales and marketing opportunity To manage the financials of the branch by fully understanding the current financial status such as its profit and loss and working within budget constraints to ensure the budget is met at all times To contribute towards all aspects of relevant, continued performance improvement including local and national targets (operational, managerial and financial) and managing and enhancing the performance of the team and individuals To act autonomously in line with the requirements of the branch Other duties as required Person Specification: The successful candidate will have experience of managing a domiciliary service provision within the Health & Social Care Sector. Excellent Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for Domiciliary Care such as Care Standards and Care Quality Commission are required along with excellent organisational and communication skills. Must hold QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
