InVictus are currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to work for a major Facilities service provider and work across a number of Pharmaceutical sites in the UK. The Pharma Quality & Compliance team provides support to UK operational teams. The role provides input into training, quality investigations and generates quality metrics, all of which to ensure Good Practice regulations are satisfied. This is an important role that provides wide exposure to management, a unique opportunity to learn the company's varied and diverse activities and has great opportunities for future career progression. On offer is a basic salary of £40,000 Company Car and corporate package. Report to the Quality and Compliance Lead for the contract Management of QMS documentation Manage training system for good practice and QMS topics Generate metric information for Operations to meet contractual requirements. Work with the on site teams to investigate, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions where good practice deficiencies are discovered. Provide guidance and assistance to Quality and Compliance staff Train to develop knowledge in other Quality and Compliance topics, for example: Change control, Risk management Candidates should have an understanding of the Pharmaceutical environment and GxP regulations. IT: Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel. Reporting: Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications. Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data and draw appropriate conclusions. As this role interacts with senior client representatives, excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required, with an ability to recognise the values within different cultures and acknowledge different ways of working.
