We are currently recruiting for a part-time Accounts Assistant to work for a Solicitors firm in Ormskirk on a negotiable salary £13,000-£15,000 (Pro-Rata). This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing family firm who encourage the development and career progression of their staff. This is currently a part-time role working 25-30 hours a week but there's potential for a full-time role in the future (if desired). The company benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the opportunity to progress within the company and flexible hours for the right candidate. About The Role: Inputting invoices to purchase ledger Posting sales bills to purchase ledger Preparation of payments Inputting data and writing cheques Dealing with damages payments to clients - processing payments Posting invoices to third parties Ensuring the confidentiality of all the firm's and clients' documentation and information Essential Skills & Experience: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Great typing speed and accuracy Excellent telephone manner Experience using Proclaim beneficial Experience dealing with accounts preferable Great communication and organisational skills Can use own initiative and hit the ground running About The Benefits: Negotiable salary between £13,000 - £15,000 (pro-rata) 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Opportunity for career progression within the company (training provided) Flexible hours for the right candidate To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to Sam We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
