At an exciting time in our growth, we are looking for a number of highly dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Sales team. Role Summary You will be responsible for supporting the establishment and growth of a new lead source for private boiler installations. Using google search you will research, identify and capture details of national boiler service engineers who do not have the capacity or ability to provide a boiler installations service. You will make phone and e-mail contact with engineers and promote Help-Link’s affiliates service along with our new iPhone / android application. You will be a dedicated point of contact for engineer affiliate questions and queries, providing quick and efficient responses and an exceptional level of service. Your success will be measured by new engineer affiliate application downloads and sign ups, along with accuracy and quality ratings. During busy or peak periods you may be required to fulfil other tasks or roles as required by business needs. The successful candidate will: 1. Selling benefits of Help-Link to prospective clients 2. Ensuring affiliate details are captured correctly and in the correct format. 3. Making telephone contact with affiliates. 4. Issuing e-mail links to the HL affiliates iphone / android application. 5. Taking calls from affiliates and helping them through the registration process. 6. Acting as a subject matter expert and reference point for queries relating to affiliates for the other call handling teams within Telephone Sales. 7. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information 8. Able to work to deadlines in a high pressure environment, prioritising workloads whilst maintaining a high standard of work 9. Ability to work as part of a team but also able and use own initiative. 10. Detail focussed 11. Willing to challenge management about what is the norm 12. Capable of delivering results against KPI’s and targets Experiance Excellent time management skills and organisational skills Good PC skills Confident Communicator Personal organisation and time management discipline Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude Excellent administration skills Have a can do attitude 1 year experience working in an administration role Customer service background Excellent communication skills, written and oral Experience of working in a business to business environment Able to work within a high pressured environment Ability to develop relationships across all levels Successful candidates will need to undertake a criminal record check.
