Mihomecare are recruiting for Care Coordinators to support our new homecare contract in Barnet. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role.The successful candidates will be experienced in rostering and will also have had experience of delivering care to a wide range of customers. Your role will include:- Planning and assisting the Registered Branch Manager in managing the delivery of all required care services. Preparing staff rosters, to ensure the proper continuity of ongoing delivery of care. Re-allocating shifts as necessary, to cover staff absences.
