Business Development Manager – London and Home Counties Company My client is a leading electrical company who focus on innovative protection products for buildings, systems, and human life. Their comprehensive product range ensures they remain a global leader, and their focus on customer service, research and development, and protection solutions has allowed strong growth. Alongside their product offering, they also have a strong services section that enables their customers to keep coming back. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to cover London and Home Counties. Role · Business Development role, covering mainly London, with some travel around the Home Counties · Produce and implement plans for target accounts · Build one to one relationships with key clients and customers · Promote all products by effectively learning the features and benefits · Participate in marketing and product campaigns · Keep up to date client records utilising the system effectively · Attend sales meetings and training sessions · Build rapport with consultants · Close deals and implement sales strategies Person · Proven track record in sales and business development · Essential that the ideal candidate has 3-5 years strong Electrical background including relevant knowledge and understanding of LV Systems and Technology · Feel at ease working in a dynamic and technical organisation · Experience of a rapidly expanding customer base · Strong organisational and analytical skills · Self-motivated and enthusiastic · Experience and familiarity of markets and products Package; · £35,000- £40,000 · Bonus based on generated net profits and set KPI’s · Company Car · Mobile Phone · Laptop This job was originally posted as
