Our South Yorkshire based client is now seeking to appoint a motivated, self-managing Learning Consultant within the Childcare sector – this role is to teach train and assess learners, delivering qualifications to the required standards. The company are a well-established, independent and popular training provider who operate throughout Yorkshire and The Humber – if you are a qualified trainer / assessor (PTTLS, D32 / 33, A1, TAQA) this is a great opportunity to become part of a successful team who will recognise and reward your efforts. Working in the Childcare sector the role involves – q Responsible for the required number of learners in accordance with company guidelines q To deliver the appropriate number of qualifications in accordance with company guidelines q To maintain paperwork to the minimum required standards q To ensure learner retention is at an acceptable level q Review learners performance in accordance with contract guidelines q Motivate/drive learners to achieve in line with agreed targets and deadlines q Support the learning process q Plan the assessment process with learners – observe/ record assessment and complete all relevant documentation q Maintain caseloads to the required levels q Monitor health and safety within the workplaces q Monitor Equality and Diversity within the work placements On offer is a generous basic salary, free parking, and expenses including mileage, career opportunities and the opportunity to join a friendly, well settled company.
