We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work with a leading Global Management Consultancy As the Marketing Manager you will lead a team of 5 to drive the overall strategy and planning for the department, oversee the delivery and planning of the departments premium marketing activities and have the responsibility for market analysis and strategy projects for the UK business. The main purpose of the Marketing Managers role is to increase the awareness of the business, build a clear image consistent with brand positioning and provide Partners and Managers with a better set of opportunities to deepen and broaden their existing network. Key duties include: Line Manage the marketing team, ensuring work is delivered to a high quality across a range of activities Support the Marketing Partner to refresh marketing strategy to identify priority marketing initiatives required Maintain overall quality control of the sector marketing planning process, with responsibility for driving selected practice plans (e.g. Private Equity and Financial Services) Develop a marketing budget with agreement from the Marketing Partner Manager Work with the Alumni Partner and Marketing Partner to design alumni strategy and to drive implementation of all alumni marketing activities Oversee the events team to execute a series of alumni events Take overall responsibility for the brand in the UK, ensuring all marketing activities are consistent with the company brand values Take overall responsibility for all marketing materials including article library, press reprints and other marketing literature Review all marketing processes regularly to ensure they are efficient and effective in terms of impact, leveraging partners time and cost effectiveness Key Skills Required: You will be an experienced Marketing Manager within a professional services environment and have proven campaign management skills with the ability to build key relationships. You will have a Proven track record of excellent analytical skills along with project management involving a wide range of stakeholders You will have Excellent organisational and time management skills, be fully competent in competent in Word, PowerPoint and Excel and be professional in your presentation and communication skills Required Qualifications: First or second class undergraduate degree This is a permanent role paying £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
