Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an Assistant Buyer / Purchasing Administrator for my client, a large and well established business in the Rotherham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to develop a career within purchasing with a fast paced, growing business. Elevation Office Support are keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience: - Minimum 12-18 months experience of working within an administrative environment, desirably within the purchasing/buying department - Experience of order processing - Confident speaking with and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers - Excellent attention to detail; ensuring delivery notes are processed accurately - Able to use your initiative; chasing orders where necessary to ensure prompt delivery of goods - Good working knowledge of IT systems - Excellent communication skills and a professional and polite telephone manner - Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to pick up additional responsibilities and provide cover for colleagues as required - Able to work effectively as part of a team environment Elevation Office Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Office Support professionals across all levels.
