We are looking for an experienced Debt and Benefit Adviser to join our team to give advice to residents. Key responsibilities · To manage a caseload of debt and benefit issues for bpha residents in support of Housing Officers recovering rent arrears. · To provide advice, guidance and benefit assessments to current and potential tenants. · To provide advice on managing finances. About you · You will have experience of providing debt and benefit advice and current knowledge of benefit and debt legislation. · You must be a confident communicator and able to manage a high and varied workload. · You must be flexible and able to work in an ever changing environment.
