Marston is UK’s largest judicial services group with 1,200 employees and agents. We act on behalf of taxpayers to recover outstanding criminal fines, child support arrears, council tax, congestion charges, and bus lane contraventions. We also recover unpaid Employment Tribunal Awards due to employees and unpaid invoices due to small businesses. You will be engaging with one of the country’s largest judicial services companies gathering compliance information, intelligence and clarifying information already held by Marston Group regarding customers and properties. In addition a key aspect of the role will be informing customers of warrant details and advise of Marston Group procedures, including consequences of non-payment. As well as potential for uncapped commission earnings you will be earn £2 per address attended with expectation of min 150 addresses visited per week. Commission for these swill be capped at £300 per week unless pre authorised by management. Other earning potential arising from these visits could see target earnings reaching c£21.5k to £31k. What will you be doing? Y ou will make enquiries at the warrant address and neighbours; You will establish if addressee has gone away from addresses attended; Establish confirmed residencies so that pipeline of warrants is created for enforcement agents; Where you engage with the customer, encourage payment, but not enforce; Attending contact addresses, gathering information relating to the customer, warrant and information held; Recording accurate descriptions of the property, surroundings, neighbouring properties, street parking/restrictions; Conducting risk assessments at all properties, not only on compliance visits but also for any further representative of Marston who may be required to attend; Upon attending properties every effort should be made in contacting the occupier, determining residency, speaking with neighbours who may be able to provide information on the property. This may include details of who resides, their vehicles, their routine etc; Contacting third parties, such as Landlords, Estate/Letting Agents or other responsible parties to obtain further information; Recording intelligence accurately on the smart phone App; Liaising with Enforcement Agents and the Enforcement Support sharing information. We are looking for people with: Strong ethical and professional standards; Self-motivated and driven individuals; Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills; Ability to plan and organise own workload; A full driving licence and ability to travel around London & Greater London; Computer literate and able to use basic software packages.
