Millie's Cookies is a brand that we own and operate in many locations such as Shopping Centers and Railway Stations. The Role As a Unit Manager of a Millie's Cookies in the Bull Ring, you will take ownership of the daily operation, including the overall store performance; being responsible for delivering operational brand standards and financial results; maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also be responsible for managing, motivating and developing your team, recruiting, training and managing performance. Trading hours from 9am to 7pm. Based within a very busy shopping centre in the heart of Birmingham. There's a mix of our regular customers and of lots new people passing through this shopping mall , so a good chance to impress new customers every day, run a successful business whilst being part of a larger SSP management team. The Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of successfully managing a similar outlet such as a branded bakery or coffee retail outlet with set standards and operating procedures. You will be commercially aware with good planning and analysis skills, aware of efficient cost controls and have a proven track record of financial results. You will have managed a team up to 5 and have examples of motivating and developing your people, managing their performance where necessary and improving individual and overall team performance. Strong customer skills and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
