Who are we and what are we doing? Greentomatocars has become one of the largest B2B transportation providers in the London market over the past ten years. In the past year we have launched three new services to help satisfy the evolving needs of the industry and our customers. As a result, we are looking for someone who has the ability to manage our day to day operations and has the technical skills to learn and master our proprietary software. We are looking for someone who wants to be at the crux of our operational transformation and is not daunted by aggressive growth goals. As the Performance Manager you will be expected to respond to new challenges as our company grows and evolves. You will need to be constantly on the lookout for ways in which we can improve our business. Responsibilities · Design, implement, and monitor new policies and practices to drive KPI's. We are constantly looking for external ideas on how we can evolve and improve; we want you to drive this. · Lead the day to day operations management of our Logistics Team - The transportation industry operates 24/7 365 days a year, it's not for the faint of heart and requires great time management, organization, and a high social IQ. · Communications - As a 24/7 business you will need to be able to effectively communicate plans and procedures verbally to your own team, in effective documentation, and in transition meetings. · One on one Performance reviews - Our success is tied to our performance and you will be asked to provide one on one reviews monthly to your whole team to help drive performance and our KPI's forward. · System SME - You will need to be able to absorb information quickly and learn our software quickly and disseminate across the company when called upon · Evolve the product - You will work with our development team to feed into strategy for product development and help shape our development roadmap. Qualifications/Key Skills · Experience as a manager or working alongside management · Preference for a degree in Business Management, Economics, or Finance · Strong analytical skills demonstrated in Excel , ideal candidates will be familiar with SQL and R · A proven track record of metric quantifiable success, ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate mastery of a plethora of software as well. · Not afraid to be on the ground and constantly on the go Additional details: Days: 5 Days Mon – Fri Hours: Specific hours to be discussed upon interviewing - 45hr week This job was originally posted as
