The Role - Senior Developer: In accordance with the company’s rapid growth there is now a requirement for a Senior Developer to join Gtech’s IT team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager you will be responsible for assisting and providing architectural leadership across a suite of products, off the shelf business systems and a configurable back office. You will have previously worked collaboratively as a team member and have great communication and interpersonal skills with a strong analysis and problem solving ability. You will have the ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, have experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of development methodologies. Essential skills and experience will include but not limited to: Strong C# .Net development skills. Experience of working on a highly available, transactional e-commerce site. Experience in development technologies including JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, DTO and LINQ. Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and MySQL databases. Extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing and reviewing web based applications with ASP.NET and C#. Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Developing Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting Services Reports. Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Microsoft SharePoint. LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
