The Company Our client is a dynamic and specialist interior fit-out specialist operating in a variety of sectors ranging from hotel, high quality commercial interiors and prestigious individual luxury residential projects. The Position They have an immediate need for Projects / Contracts Managers working on prestigious landmark fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout the UK and Overseas, particularly in the Museum sector. Responsibilities Include The successful Projects / Contracts Manager will either run multiple concurrent projects in the £2m to £3m bracket or potentially be the Number 1 on higher value projects in the £5m bracket. Any related experience to high end Museum Interior Fit-Out Projects would be highly desirable. Your will be expected to take projects from once the tender is won, undertake pre-contracts manager up until the projects start on site and then deliver them. Due to the demanding nature of these projects we are looking for someone to be able to communicate direct with the Client, Architect and client Project Manager on day to day site issues. The Candidate It is essential you can demonstrate experience delivering similar prestigious ‘one off’ interior fit-out projects in London either in the museum, high end luxury residential or hotel sectors. Experience should include new build structural construction as well as high end interior fit-out. Demonstrate experience dealing with demanding clients and associated Architects and Project Managers. Ideally you will be a time served carpenter and joiner giving you the required eye for detail for the installation of bespoke joinery packages on projects of this nature. Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications.
