Reporting to the General Manager - Business Support , the Business Support Executive will ensure all IT development projects are completed effectively, on time, within budget and achieve the intended business objectives. As a Product Owner, you will act as an interface between business units, Technology and Support Teams whilst establishing strong relationships around the internal organisation. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders to define clear requirement specifications ensuring all business and system needs are identified. You will ensure all team members are fully aware of their duties and timescales throughout the project lifecycle, whilst continually providing progress reports to the business. In addition, you will assist with the testing of bug fixes and software releases and oversee implementation of new developments and enhancements to the company website and backend systems, so a good technical understanding will be required. The successful candidate will have excellent project management and delivery skills with the ability to engage and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will have experience of working in an Agile environment and be able to drive innovation in a fast paced, constantly changing business.
