Guest Relations Manager The Job: Our client is after an experienced Guest Relations Manager and would report directly into the Hotel Manager. The successful candidate would be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service within the reception team in order to constantly meet and exceed their guest's expectations The Client: Our client is a stunning 5-star property that provides excellent facilities for both business & leisure clientele The Essential Skills: You MUST possess a proven track record in a Guest Relation / Duty Management role within a 4-star deluxe or 5-star property Must possess first class customer service skills Be flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities Possess a proven track record in providing top-class customer service Be proactive & work under your own initiative Possess a good commercial awareness Possess a positive can-do attitude and be passionate about the hospitality industry Knowledge of Opera would be useful but not essential Personal Traits: Must have excellent personal presentation & appearance; have very good communication & inter-personal skills; possess a clear & effective leadership style; excellent organisational & time management skills; be highly motivated with a drive to set high standards & strive for continuous improvement; be flexible & able to work to tight deadlines; have excellent attention to detail, cleanliness & accuracy The Package / Benefits / Opportunities An annual salary of c£24,000 excellent company benefits James Webber Recruitment prides itself on providing the highest quality of hotel / venue / restaurant staff and due to the high volume of applicants, please note that we will only be in contact with you if your application is successful.
