Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their modern British restaurant and pub. This gastronomic haven should feature on any food lover's wish list. Indeed already many guests return from far and wide to enjoy the warm welcome and hospitality whilst sampling some of the exciting dishes created by the team. This position is considered a top level Restaurant Manager's position and would suit a candiate with plenty of experience at the highest level. Requirements of the Restaurant Manager: Comfortable dealing with all perosnlaity types and handling all customer queries and complaints. Ability to deal with staff management and disciplinary procedures. Strong numerical, organisational and point of sale skills. Strong liquid sales experience, preferably with Somelier experience. Proven ability to control stock ordering and manage inventory. Highest level of knowledge with regards to all cuisine and wine types. Strong understanding of kitchen procedures and comfortable when dealing with top level chefs. Strong service experience preferably within a Michelin level environment.
