Every year, bpha invest over £23m on repairing, improving and maintaining their homes and the surrounding areas. bpha is committed to ensuring we meet our health and safety obligations and are looking for an experienced Surveyor to oversee our cyclical health and safety programmes. You will work closely with the Health & Safety Coordinators to ensure all aspects of the Asbestos and Legionella database is accurate and up to date. You will work with our contractors to ensure all aspects of servicing, repairs and remedial actions are carried out in line with Health and Safety regulations and our internal procedures to ensure our landlord obligations are met. You will work as part of a team to ensure that bpha meets its quality and response targets, continuously improves in the delivery of services and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. You must hold a BOHS (or equivalent) P402 Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings qualification. This post is an essential car user therefore you must hold a full, valid driving license.
