An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Commercial and Business Management team for a talented and driven National Change Control Manager. The role is based at our head office in Slough and will require travel to our key locations throughout the UK including; Swansea, Liverpool, Chesterfield and Congleton. The purpose of this role is to act as a focal point for managing and controlling change control processes across Arvato CRM Solutions UK & Ireland. This will include the co-ordination and prioritisation of changes and client liaison at delegated level. To ensure that change control relevant to the specific contract is controlled and managed and procedural matters are conducted professionally with a focus on continuous improvement. The initial focus will be on change control activity in Central Government, Local Government, Health and Private Sector contracts. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of change control and best practice, ideally gained within commercial environments. Possessing robust organisational and influencing skills, along with a commercial eye - this is a fantastic opportunity to maximise opportunities for commercial growth. Key duties & responsibilities Provide control and management of change control across our contracts in the context of contractual and commercial change. Maximise return on investment when quoting prices to clients Confirmation that the change control policies are being adhered to Effective discharge of duties associated with end to end Change Control processes. Production of clear and concise documentation Manage the approval process for changes associated with Impact Assessments. Oversee the development, maintenance and management of the Change Control process and all associated management information. Provision of appropriate MI for Change Control - creation of effective management reporting and regular Communication channels across the business and with other stakeholders in relation to change. To act as a focal point for change related enquiries from stakeholders and commercial enquiries. Experience A strong background in change control processes and procedures ideally gained within commercial environments. Strong influencing skills Effective liaison with third party suppliers and customers in relation to change Experience of working in a collaborative client environment Knowledge of an outsourcing environment is preferred but not essential. Proven record of structured and organised working practices. Pro-active with high levels of energy, tenacity and enthusiasm to deliver results.
