Major Incident Manager Are you a professional, ITIL qualified, customer-facing Major Incident Manager with a distinguished background in providing excellent customer care through the full incident management lifecycle? You will be working with a Berkshire-based, international IT managed services provider, supplying first-class major incident management to some of the UK's leading flagship companies.
