Do you want to be working as part of a caring team in an energetic but rewarding environment? The roles we have available are for adhoc shift covers between residential and supported living units. You'd be supporting adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and some mental health needs, some of the service users may display challenging behaviours. The role includes personal care, meal prep, assistance into the community and emotional support. The shifts available are for day, night, weekday and weekend work, with up to full time hours with the possibility of being offered an on going contracted roles or permanent positions if you get on well within the unit. To be able to work flexibly to ensure the needs of the residents. To support the needs of residents including personal care and domestic support. Requirements Training is essential (we can provide this free of charge). Car drivers ideally but not essential. To have excellent time-keeping.
