An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Global Technology brand in London as a Senior Compensation Manager. You will lead Compensation for the EMEA business and work closely with the Head of Reward across key initiatives and Reward Policy. Senior Compensation Manager Responsibilities: Leading annual salary review and year-end bonus processes, job matching, grading frameworks, job architecture and incentive schemes Implement improvements and engage new ideas for this the business in a period of growth Proactively keep up-to-date with HR stakeholders on topics and initiatives that may impact reward strategy Align internal and external communications for the Reward team Provide Market Analysis and up to date trends for the business As Compensation Manager you will have: Compensation experience within Proficient in job matching methodologies Experience of job architecture and frameworks Experience of leading annual salary review and year-end bonus process Supervisory (or management) experience Experience of working with HRBP and senior business stakeholders Exposure to a Reward role within an EMEA Group HR function Strong Microsoft Excel skills If you are interested in this exciting opportunity do get in touch for further information - This job was originally posted as
