Payroll Manager My client, a market leading organisation based in Bradford, is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their highly successful and expanding team. As the Payroll Manager, you will report to the Head of HR and have previous experience of managing a team while processing end to end payroll. Key Responsibilities Managing a team of three payroll professionals, processing and producing end to end monthly payroll and year end returns Resolve complex payroll queries including maternity, pay, income tax and sickness pay calculations Build and maintain close working relationships with wider HR team, while ensuring accurate processing of Payroll, Pension and Benefits Administration Review and update current working systems to ensure processing errors can be reduced to a minimum This is a dynamic and challenging, yet highly rewarding environment which will require the successful candidate to draw upon their Payroll experience, initiative and interpersonal skills.
