Sales & Service Manager required for North West territory for our well established and reputable client. They seek a self motivated individual with significant experience in holding operational sales meetings with the ability to liaise, build rapport and support businesses that sell and promote the products of their brand. The responsibilities will also include communicating, supporting and training clients on correct installation/measurement procedures for their fixtures. This well know brand is familiar and popular nationally in the retail and trade industry and many business preferred choice to recommended to consumers. The client recognises the need to ensure their consumers receive the best quality from their products, via the clients that use them. To ensure the candidate succeeds, this company provides an 8-10 week induction and training process to learn all aspects of the role, plus a full 15 day residential program. Working in the field and flexibility to work from home are also key elements of the role. In short, the role consists of: - Working in the North West Territory (Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales, Cheshire) - Arranging meetings with clients/businesses in the North West - Build trust and long term relations with client base - Building rapport and provide them with flexible communication availability - Coach and support clients - recognise areas for improvement and implement them Key Requirements to client has indicated: - Field Sales / Account Management Experience - Experience of selling fixtures to the building trade - Strong commercial and numeric abilities - Preferred graduate background, but not essential - A full UK drivers licence If you feel you have the strong characteristics, tenacity and desire to succeed that can open doors to future career development, then this is the role for you.
