However now’s the time to shout from the roof tops about how great they are and are looking for a Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager role is to work within the entire business, their aim is to employ a person/s who will be responsible for their brand management, website re-fresh, collateral update, client app development and managing all aspects of social media. Reports To: Sales Manager Department: Sales Working Arrangements: The position offered is based out of our client's Gateshead Head Office, your role will require you to share their success and create opportunities for our sales team to covert. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 with 1hr for lunch, although extended hours may be required to project deadlines. Our client have a flexible approach to business but expect the same respect from their team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: Working within the sales team, supporting the team with lead generation/prospecting, building the ‘unbreakable relationship’, editing sales and marketing collateral, creating relevant visuals, refreshing regular case studies with clients Planning of call, email and postal campaigns to enhance our brand Work with external partners on cobranded marketing Research and present primary and secondary market research findings to directors, pitching ‘hot content’ topics of interest Bid for partner funding through organising local seminars, corporate hospitality and tactical yet measurable marketing activities Source partnerships for hospitality events including a corporate golf day Curate a communication and content strategy, carrying throughout the brand aesthetic and the core values of our client Responsible for developing our culture working with the Management and Director teams R esponsible for the ongoing Marketing budget, you will be expected to update this and hold regular meetings with finance and seniors as and when required Organise teams to attend networking events Oversee printing and distribution of marketing materials and collateral Adopt and implement new communication channels and technologies to help touch geographical decision makers The ideal candidate will require the following skills: Excellent writer with exceptional grammar Impeccable attention to detail Organised work ethic Must be a technology enthusiast Creative yet strategic Opportunity spotter Desirable Skills/Knowledge: Experience / strong knowledge of the telecom/IT/Technology sector (They are Microsoft advocates) Strong commercial background in mobile / telecoms Keen tech blogger is a bonus Please note, if you do not receive a response within 5 working days I your application will not be processed due to high number of applications.
