Our Client is well known and operates within the Financial Services Industry. They are an integrated Independent Financial Advisory ('IFA’) and Discretionary Wealth Management firm. They are now looking to fill a Head Of Training Role. Ideally, you will have experience of managing regulated training and experience of a regulated environment - ideally looking for previous IFA experience to help support with role Responsibilities Of The Role • Define and deliver the training strategy for Our Clients Group of companies with a focus on regulated training • Provide a clear training schedule for both Advisors and staff to meet the needs of the Group • Manage the appointment and delivery of any outsourced training requirements • Lead the business induction process for all new starters including design, delivery and evaluation for both Consultants and staff • Manage Training Needs Analysis for the group • Provide expert guidance and assistance on training for teams and individuals. • Develop, amend and implement relevant policies, procedures and systems. • Provide relevant reports and MI • Lead and manage the training team and resources Skills, Qualifications & Experience • Skilled Trainer • Demonstrated leadership and management experience • Financial services/professional services background essential • Ideally Level 4 Diploma Qualified or Part Qualified There is an Excellent Salary & Benefits package Available This job was originally posted as
